Here’s how it works…

The Riverview Historic District has allotted $3,750 in the form of five grants of up to $500 per year to reimburse recipients for work that is completed to the exterior, front facing portion of their home. Recipients will be notified ahead of time that they will be receive the grant and funds will be disbursed upon completion of the project.

The deadline for this round of grants will be June 1, 2025. Applications will be considered up until June 1, 2025 and projects will be chosen at the discretion of the RHD Board.

Projects must be completed by November 1, 2025 to receive the reimbursement. Proof of payment and completion will be due November 15, 2025. Grants will be disbursed only after the required documentation has been turned in.

Notification to Recipients Recipients will be notified within 14 days of June 1, 2025.

Applicants must live within the boundaries of the Riverview Historic District.
